Fernando has over 20 years of experience in painting, sales and management, with a BA in Economics from Universidad Central del Ecuador, where he also played professional soccer.

Javier brings a love of Argentinian barbecue and over 17 years’ experience as a painter, team leader and project manager, and has been with Noel Painting for over a decade.
